Bruce has had extensive work success while earning industry-wide respect for honesty and integrity as
he was building CIC Applicant Background Checks (renamed HireCheck and now part of First Advantage Corp) from a small $190,000
annual sales company to an industry leader with sales reaching over $13,000,000 in less than nine years. After he sold the
company to First American Financial, Bruce stayed on as president for a year and a half until he retired. He then launched
Berg Consulting Group in 2000.

Don
Berg, Consulting Specialist
Don
joined BCG in early 2004 and has quickly gained a solid education in courts and in managing our network of court retrievers and
data sources. Don works well with our clients who are saving as much as 40% of their cost of obtaining criminal
searches.
Don is Bruce's
brother and he has many years in management of an ebay type marketplace, in Construction Management and 14 years as a code
enforcement official.
Cindy Sullivan, Consultant
Specialist Cindy
Sullivan joined Berg Consulting Group in late 2006. She works with clients in the Better Vendor Program,
communicates with research providers and monitors the websites . She also works on special projects, computer
challenges, data retention and layout/advertising.
Cindy came to us with experience as a Settlement Supervisor with First American Loss Mitigation
Company. She worked with investors Freddie Mac and HUD and with servicers such as Bank of America and Washington
Mutual. She managed settlement services on Modifications, Partial Claims and Pre-Foreclosure Sales. She
dealt with title issues, title products, legal documents and recordings.
Cindy's 27 years of
experience in the real estate industry includes residential, commercial and construction mortgage processor, closer and
residential loan officer with banks, mortgage companies real estate offices and an appraisal company. She also has an
degree in Fine Art.
Evan Zatt

Originally
from Maryland, Evan joined Berg Consulting Group in September of 2007 moving from Denver, CO where he was a Sales Account
Executive for Clear Channel Radio for over three years. Evan graduated from Syracuse University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Evan’s main
concentrations will be in mergers and acquisitions, recommending clients to utilize the Better Vendor Program and advising
clients to use the consulting services of Bruce Berg. Evan is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Washington
Redskins games. 
Nancy
Munro
Research Specialist

Nancy has been a resident
of Florida since 1976 and attended Pennsylvania State University and obtaining a degree in B.S. Law Enforcement and Corrections.
Nancy’s experience consists of 12 years in print media including 4 of those writing/editing/photography and 3
of those as a research librarian with the Sun-Sentinel. She was also with the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts as a Traffic/Misdemeanor Clerk and Clerk-Coordinator doing data entry and case research for
6 years. She spent 5 years with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office entering, retrieving and researching
inmate records, working with court officials, the public and other police agencies in reference to those records and working
with inmates.
Most recently
Nancy worked at a large background screening company researching records in court, police and website databases, as well as
MVR records and case entry for the last 2 years. Nancy has volunteered as a cook for the Comprehensive
AIDS Program for 9 years and is a member of the Sports Car Club of America. She runs and cycles for
exercise, fun and to raise money for a variety of local charities. 
ETHAN
This is the youngest member of our staff, my grandson, Ethan.
We put him to work at an early age. This is really what it's all about!
