For Employers

 

1.     You can post a Job Opening on www.backgroundscreeningjobs.com or

2.       If you need complete anonymity, we provide a more comprehensive service where we will post a Job Opening for you (anonymously), receive the resumes, make sure they fit your specifications and send you the resumes that meet your requirements.  Contact Cindy Sullivan on extension 5# about this service.

3.       You can view Job Seeker Qualifications on the site and select those candidates that seem attractive.  The candidate will receive an email regarding your interest in them and will respond if they choose.

 

For Job Seekers

 

At no cost, you can anonymously post your qualifications on www.backgroundscreeningjobs.com and you choose to respond only to those employers who show their interest in pursuing you.  The employer shows their interest by selecting your qualification on the website and you will receive an email with their interest.  Only if you respond will the process continue.
