3. You can view Job Seeker Qualifications on the site and select those candidates that seem attractive. The candidate will receive an email regarding your interest in them and will respond if they choose.

Job Seekers
At no cost, you can anonymously post your qualifications on www.backgroundscreeningjobs.com and you choose to respond only to those employers who show their interest in pursuing you. The employer shows their interest by selecting your qualification on the website and you will receive an
email with their interest. Only if you respond will the process continue.
